In
2010 Ozark Extreme
Adventure Racing will continue our 6th
year of Arkansas’
only Adventure Sprint Race Series. The series includes two sprint
adventure races, clinics and a 12 hour
adventure race. Also new this year, we have formed the Arkansas
Adventure Sprint Championship.Our events are professional, fun and challenging.
We
understand your business needs to attract and maintain a loyal customer
base and gain exposure to this growing market. Together we can market
your business through our series of events.
Our goal
for 2010 is to present professional races that are fun and challenging
while being achievable to people new to adventure racing. For the past
5 years we have produced over 25 outstanding events, with each event
location growing in size and participation. Our 2010 events are
anticipated to reach even more racers around the state and region. With
almost 30% of our racers coming from out of state, our events are
reaching a wide demographic. Our sprint races are designed to
accommodate 30 to 50 teams of two with solo racers mixed in the field,
while our mid-distance (12 hour) adventure race will have teams of two
and three in addition to qualified solos.
Event
locations are held near major metropolitan areas across the state of
Arkansas. Sprint Races will be near Hot Springs, Southern Arkansas and
back to Hot Springs for the series final, and our full length event will be on Lake Ouachita
near Hot Springs. Clinics and some smaller special events may be held in
Little Rock.
These
creative courses are designed to introduce more people to the sport
while challenging even expert racers. Participating teams will mountain
bike, run and paddle throughout the race course. Divisions include male,
female, coed and solo categories.

The new
Arkansas Adventure Sprint Championship is a partnership with our events
and two other race promoters. Sponsors involved with this series of
events will have additional exposure in Fayetteville and Little Rock,
Arkansas
Sponsorship Opportunities
With
adventure racing being one of the fastest growing sports worldwide this
is a great way to form lasting partnerships and make your customer base
and the sport grow. This is an excellent opportunity to get more people
involved with your organization through adventure sports.
We have
several levels of sponsorship: Title Sponsors, Presenting Sponsors, and
General Sponsors. Each have involvement levels specific to the
sponsorship. All sponsorships will be featured on the race T-shirt, our
organization’s website sponsor page, and promotional packets, also known
as “swag” bags, given away at each race.
